Enable any of these on the Routines page. Defaults run at 06:00 UTC; change the day and time, choose whether actions ask first, and pick email, in-app or both.

  • Weekly Funnel Review

    Weekly

Signups, activation, and campaign numbers with anomaly commentary.

Delivered by email and in-app notification.

  • Content Calendar Check

    Weekly

Published content, drafts in flight, and gaps against the calendar.

Delivered by email and in-app notification.

  • Apollo enrichment of Copper

    Daily

Builder routine: every day Marque enriches the Copper companies, leads and people most worth it from Apollo.io (open counted deals first, then customers, then the rest; leads newest first; capped per run so the backlog drains over days), and new leads, people and companies are enriched about two minutes after Copper creates them. Companies and leads get Apollo Industry, Apollo Employees, Apollo Revenue and Company LinkedIn where Copper enables them, plus Customer Segment and Vertical (a model choosing from Copper's own options, Unknown when unsure), Company Size and a website when empty; people get a title and LinkedIn when missing and their company's Customer Segment. A run report with CSVs of every change, including the records enriched on creation, goes to reportRecipients in config/sales-routines.json. Replaces the mc-stats Apollo automations and Holly's manual enrichment.

  • Web review (weekly, Search Console + GA4)

    Weekly

Builder routine: every Monday Marque reads the Google Search Console bulk export and the GA4 daily export in BigQuery and mails the marketing seat the last 7 days against the 7 before: search clicks, impressions, CTR and position with the top, rising and falling queries and top pages (CSVs attached); sessions, users, engagement and conversion events by channel and landing page. Review recipients until webReview.deliverToOwners is on. Silent while the exports have not landed.

Boundaries

What protects you

The rules are code, not prompt. They apply the same way to every seat.

Every department brain, tiers T0 to T3
A CXO seat reads the org brain and all eleven department brains at tiers T0 to T3. Tier T4 (executive-explicit) is deliberately excluded: those files need a named grant, seat or not.
The lens frames, it never grants
Pick your seat lens on the Ask screen and answers lead with your KPIs and end with one recommended action. Access comes from grants.json and your principal record; the lens is appended after the ACL filter.
Actions wait for your click
Jira issues and comments, Copper tasks and notes, and delegated email are actions. Each shows an approval card with its consequence before it runs, is always a create or an append, and lands in the audit log with your name.
Everything is audited
Every ask records the sources and tools it used; every denial records its reason. Unreadable grants deny, missing secrets 401, and the actions kill switch stops every write.
